COVID-19 POLICY

Severn Agriculture Ltd have been continually monitoring the developing health concerns regarding the COVID-19 virus.

In order to protect our employees and customers, we have suspended on farm sales of machinery. These are now carried out if essential via telephone and email.

Our service departments will continue to operate as normal with increased awareness to cleanliness when working on customer’s machinery. We need to be able to work in isolation and have no on farm contact with customers, repairing machinery alone. Please do not be offended, but we need to keep any conversations to a minimum. We will be continuing maintenance and breakdown cover onsite where needed although appropriate precautions will be taken. When telephone booking of breakdown / service work, we will always check to ensure customers aren’t exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms and are happy to accept our engineers to their premises.

Our parts department is open, but please call ahead before arriving so we can be ready for your order and deal with it with minimum personal contact. We will serve you in your vehicle. We kindly ask any visiting customers who have been in contact with anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms NOT to visit.
